We’re building the receipt routing layer.
One snap, and a receipt routes itself anywhere you choose, and the data is always yours. Here’s the why behind the raven.
ReceiptRaven is the only platform where one snap routes receipts anywhere you choose and the data is always yours.
To make the most tedious paperwork take care of itself.
Receipts are needed but hated — lost, faded, hand-keyed, and every place wants them sent somewhere different. We think a machine should just handle that.
A little raven on every checkout screen and phone on earth.
The receipt gone before anyone thinks about it — captured, routed, and remembered for you, everywhere a purchase happens.
The receipt trap has two sides.
Both take control of your receipts — and your data — away from you.
The old trap. Receipts lost in glove boxes, camera rolls, and inboxes — faded, crumpled, hand-keyed at tax time. You become the unpaid data-entry clerk, and the proof you need has already vanished.
The modern trap. Apps that chain capture to one card or one accounting ecosystem, work best only inside their own walls, and hold your data hostage. Convenient — until you want to leave, or route a receipt somewhere they don’t allow.
One snap springs the chaos. Total neutrality springs the lock-in. The raven flies out of the box and over the wall.
Capture once. Route anywhere. Own it all.
Photograph or forward any receipt — every card on one surface. The raven reads merchant, total, tax, and date, and never invents a value.
Send each receipt to your accountant, an inbox, QuickBooks, Mercury, or your own API. Every backend, your choice — never a forced destination.
Export or delete everything anytime. Sharing is opt-in, off by default, and never sold. We’re a neutral layer, not a landlord.
What the raven stands for.
We'd rather own receipts end-to-end than half-do ten things. Focus is the feature.
ReceiptRaven can never move your money — bank connections are optional, you turn them on, and they're read-only. We hold only what a receipt needs.
The best compliment is silence. Snap it and forget it — if you forget we exist, we've done our job.
The flock, honestly
ReceiptRaven is founder-led and early — built in the open, one connector at a time, by someone who was tired of the receipt trap and couldn’t find a tool that just routed a receipt wherever it needed to go without owning the data on the way.
Right now the flock is small — a founder, a raven, and the people who try it and tell us what to fix. No wall of stock-photo executives here. If you want to talk to the person actually building it, write to [email protected].
